Rachel Tucker, Billing & Account Specialist
With more than 14 years of medical office administration experience with more than 8 of those years at Integration Station, Rachel Tucker brings expertise, warmth, and a true service-driven mindset to her role at Integration Station. As our Billing and A/R Specialist, Rachel makes sure families experience clear, accurate billing with no surprises. She handles everything from creating invoices and tracking payments to following up on balances with kindness and care. She also collaborates with the team to ensure services are billed properly and shares reports so everyone stays in the loop.
What excites Rachel most about her work is meeting families where they are and helping them access the services their children need. For her, it’s not just about billing—it’s about making sure families can continue receiving the support that helps their children grow and thrive. She finds motivation in watching clients succeed and values service in every interaction, whether she’s solving a billing issue, answering a question, or streamlining a process to make things easier for others.
Rachel’s path to this role began with her work as a CNA and EMT before transitioning into medical office administration. Her love for helping the community and making a difference has always guided her career. Joining Integration Station felt like the right fit because of its culture of growth, collaboration, and the joy of watching children achieve milestones that once seemed out of reach.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, traveling, and relaxing on vacation. She has two pets—Angel and Chester—who bring her joy at home. Known for her ability to absorb information quickly, she keeps her mind sharp and her humor lighthearted, often saying her favorite motto: “Normal is just a dryer setting.”
For Rachel, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing families access services without unnecessary roadblocks, and she’ll never forget helping one client overcome a particularly tough insurance battle that spanned months. Her dream superpower? Invisibility—though her impact at Integration Station is anything but unseen.
