Fieldwork Rotation
The Fieldwork experience, is a vital part of OT education. It is designed to promote clinical reasoning, reflective practice, while expanding knowledge and application of occupational therapy processes. Through the Fieldwork experience, students learn to apply theoretical and scientific principles learned in through their academic program to address patient needs and develop a professional identity as an occupational therapy practitioner. The Fieldwork
experience shall meet requirements in accordance with the Standards for an Accredited Educational Program for the Occupational Therapist and/or the Standards for an Accredited Educational Program for the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
REQUIEMENTS:
-Contract Required between Accredited College/University and Integration Station Pediatric Therapy Services.
Mentorship Program
Our Mentorship Program is structured to provide opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students currently enrolled in a course of study such as; occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, play therapy, psychology, early education, and/or recreational therapy. Mentees gain experience working with children enrolled in our Enrichment Groups. Mentees receive specialized training from Occupational Therapy Practitioners and apply the techniques to enhance child development. At the conclusion, the mentee receives a letter of recommendation and validation of hours, in addition to a successfully completed, hands-on learning experience that can be added to your resume!

Volunteer / Observation Hours
We provide Volunteer Opportunities for individuals looking for observation hours. While volunteering, you will observe patients during their therapy sessions and assist with the upkeep and organization of our clinic. Volunteer hours are variable and dependent on clinic availability. Each volunteer receives validation of hours at time of completion.
