Moriah White, COTA/L

Moriah White graduated with her associates in general education before pursuing her degree at Central Piedmont Community College to obtain her associate in applied science becoming an Occupational Therapist Assistant. Following graduation, she achieved her National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy and North Carolina License.

For years Ms. Moriah has helped children, first as a lifeguard/swim instructor and then becoming a Certified Nurse Assistant. Ms. Moriah says she enjoys helping children because she gets to be a part of the child’s personal and educational growth. She says, “I love that I get to celebrate their successes, no matter how big or small!”

Ms. Moriah’s goal when helping the children is to provide different ways to navigate and adapt the obstacles they face. She incorporates creative and motivating activities into each session so that every child achieves milestones while having fun. She understands that every family’s journey is different and requires individualized attention to achieve their goals.

Ms. Moriah is proud to be surrounded by a team who share the same motivation, passion, and love to help children.

In her spare time, Ms. Moriah enjoys spending time with her family, friends and of course her dog, Dewy. On the weekends you can find her exploring the outdoors and making memories with her loved ones.
