Julia Margiotti, MS, OTR/L
Julia Margiotti brings creativity, compassion, and a dash of cheerleading championship spirit to her role at Integration Station. As an occupational therapist and Assessment Chair, she provides client-centered OT services while ensuring all assessment materials are current and ready to support her team’s work. With a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Pfeiffer University and certification as an Autism Specialist, Julia is passionate about designing treatment sessions tailored to the unique needs of each child and their family.
What excites Julia most is witnessing those “lightbulb moments” when children realize just how capable they are. She thrives on being part of milestone moments—those small yet transformative steps that build confidence, independence, and joy. For her, every child deserves kindness and respect, a value she carries into every interaction.
Julia’s journey into pediatric OT began with a heartfelt moment during fieldwork, where her mentor Melanie reassured her that she had a gift for working with kids. That experience, combined with the supportive and collaborative environment at Integration Station, inspired her to make IS her professional home. One of her proudest achievements was creating a training course for Head Start teachers, educating them on developmental stages and teaching them how to communicate signs of delay with kindness and confidence.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys pickleball, walking, coloring, baking sourdough, playing games, and spending time with her pup, Harley Grace. She dreams of a superpower that could put everybody in the “green zone,” helping everyone feel safe, focused, and at their best.
Julia’s warmth, creativity, and dedication make her an incredible asset to Integration Station—and a trusted guide for the children and families she serves.
