Ashley Seibert, MS, OTR/L

Ashley has been part of the Integration Station family for over 10 years, helping children and families grow, thrive, and find joy in everyday victories. She evaluates, creates care plans, provides therapy, and equips parents with the tools they need to support progress at home. For Ashley, the best part of her work is simple but powerful: learning new ways to help others—and watching that learning translate into real progress.

With a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, and years of experience in both OT and ABA, Ashley brings a deep well of knowledge to her role. She’s a Certified Autism Specialist and Certified Therapeutic Listening Provider, with advanced training in trauma treatment, primitive reflex integration, NDT, feeding therapy, pediatric yoga, handwriting programs, self-regulation strategies, and more. (Fun fact: she once played “Stairway to Heaven” on the flute—at her own wedding!)

Ashley’s professional value is altruism, and it shows. One of her most memorable client stories is a child who, at first, resisted any direction or interaction and wouldn’t let her touch toys during their sessions. Over time, with patience and connection, that same child began engaging in joint play and is now thriving alongside peers—progress Ashley describes with confidence and pride.

At Integration Station, Ashley loves the people—the supportive, close-knit team who make the clinic feel like home. When she’s not at work, she’s busy with her three kids, reading, gardening, exercising, or baking something delicious. She also adores her furry and feathered family: Liv the dog, Lou the cat, and six chickens (Pecker, Neigh, Cholula, and Juniper among them!).

Ashley’s favorite motto is “Assume the best and watch how our hearts make room for love.” Coffee in the morning, tea at night, OBX as a go-to getaway (though Yellowstone recently stole her heart), and a dream superpower of super healing—everything about Ashley reflects her dedication to growth, connection, and care.
