Jill Shuter, MOT, OTR/L
Jill wears many hats at Integration Station—conducting evaluations, designing individualized treatment plans, and bringing therapy to life in creative, fun, and evidence-based ways. As a Lead Therapist, she also mentors fellow clinicians, offering the same support and encouragement she gives to the kids and families she works with.
A proud University of Florida grad (Go Gators!), Jill earned both her Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy before becoming a Certified Autism Specialist and Certified Therapeutic Listening Provider. What excites her most about OT? Watching growth happen every single day and knowing that therapy can be both effective and enjoyable.
Her professional motto is simple but powerful: compassion first. That shows up in the joy she gets from seeing children and families take real steps toward their goals, and in the way she values the unique strengths of every teammate at IS. One of her favorite client moments? Helping a young child grow in self-awareness and connection—so much so that it sparked a new friendship at home with the family’s puppy!
Outside the clinic, Jill loves diving into a good book (The Hotel Nantucket was a recent favorite), swimming, playing pickleball, and tackling NYT puzzles. She’s also learning piano, has a sharp ear for pitch, and enjoys life with her two cats, Gemma and Panda. Travel is high on her list—Key West is a favorite escape—and coffee is her go-to fuel.
Her favorite motto? “When life hands you lemons, make lemonade.” And if she could have any superpower, it would be healing—so she could help even more people thrive.
