Madison Rogan, MS, OTR/L
Madison brings energy, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to Integration Station. As both an OT and our go-to Community Engagement Coordinator, she spends her days helping kids discover their “I can!” moments while also building bridges with families, organizations, and the Charlotte community.
A proud UNC Asheville grad (double major in Health & Wellness and Psychology—because why stop at one?) and ECU-trained Occupational Therapist, Madison also holds an Autism Specialty Certification. Translation: she knows how to meet kids where they are, spark their motivation, and celebrate every step toward independence.
When she’s not cheering on her clients’ victories, Madison is cheering on her own—whether running marathons (number four is coming up!), leading our summer camps, or sharing fun twin stories with her identical sister. A former Division I swimmer, she can also hold her breath for an impressive amount of time… which comes in handy when working through tricky puzzles with kids.
Madison’s secret sauce? Collaboration. She thrives on teamwork—whether it’s with clients, families, or her fellow OTs—and believes that mindset shapes everything. Her favorite part of working at Integration Station? The team atmosphere, hands down. (Well, that and coffee. Always coffee.)
Fun facts: Madison’s cat, Felix, keeps her company during downtime, she’s recently been hooked on The Housemaid series, and if she had a superpower, it’d be reading minds (though, honestly, she’s already pretty good at figuring out what kids are thinking!).
Whether she’s coaching a child through a breakthrough, creating community connections, or simply being that cheerleader in someone’s corner, Madison brings warmth, grit, and a whole lot of fun to everything she does.
